- 60 ml olive oil
- 180 ml jam any old mix
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 90 g chopped nuts any mix
- 120 g seeds sesame, flax, chia
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.
- Place the jam, oil and salt in a roasting pan.
- Carefully melt this in the oven.
- Add the rolled oats and chopped nuts and the seeds.
- Mix well.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the mixture is golden brown. I do mine in 5 minute bursts. Cool, breaking the mix up with your hands once it is cool enough to do so.
- When the mix is completely cool, add the dried fruit and mix through.
- Store in an airtight jar. DO NOT DROP YOUR MUESLI JAR ON THE FLOOR!
