We (Penelope and Bill de Boer) both lived in the big city until 2008, but after years of navigating the hustle and bustle of urban life, we yearned for a lifestyle that offered better food, peace and quiet, and the opportunity to create a special place for our adult children and grandchildren to gather and celebrate life’s precious moments. In pursuit of this dream, we’ve made a significant shift in our business focus from running farm tours and creating preserves to passionately growing the most local of local flowers, allowing us to bring the beauty of our natural surroundings into homes and events. Our flowers are carefully picked at the best time to ensure you receive the longest vase life, providing not only aesthetic joy but also sustainability in every bloom. We grow a variety of seasonal flowers, so while you won’t find tulips in June or freesias in April, when in season and governed by the whims of Mother Nature, we offer an abundance of stunning flowers that reflect the richness of our environment.
